10-2-5: CONTENTS OF NOTICE:

The notice required to be given under this chapter shall contain the following information:

   A.   The name of the owner of the vehicle, if available;

   B.   A description of the vehicle;

   C.   Location of the vehicle;

   D.   The nature of the violation;

   E.   The right to a pretow hearing (if applicable);

   F.   The owner of the vehicle shall be responsible for the fees and expenses of towing, storage, impounding and enforcement. (Ord. 868, 8-2-2005)
