10-1-8: DEPOSITING OF DIRT OR ROCK ON ROADWAY:

No vehicle shall be operated on any street in the village which causes, as a result of the operation of such vehicle, the distribution, placing, leaving, throwing, scattering or depositing of dirt, mud, stone, rock or other refuse upon the roadway. (Ord. 859, 7-5-2005)
