10-1-7: NOISE; SPINNING WHEELS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle within the village in such a manner as to cause or produce loud, excessive or unusual noise by tire friction as a result of rapid turning, weaving or by the spinning of wheels from a stopped, standing or slow moving position.
