A. 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-100 to 5/20-204, as the same may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as the motor vehicle code traffic ordinance of the Village of Manhattan, Will County, Illinois. All citations issued pursuant to this section that are to be prosecuted by the village prosecutor shall be written in the name of the village and shall refer to the corresponding numbered sections of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-100 to 5/20-204, and shall designate the violation as an ordinance violation on the traffic citation, ticket, complaint, or compliance ticket.
B. 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-401(d) and 5/3-815, as the same may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as the registration of second division vehicles ordinance of the Village of Manhattan, Will County, Illinois. All citations issued pursuant to this section shall be in the name of the village and shall refer to the corresponding numbered sections of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-401(d) and 5/3-815 and shall designate the violation as an ordinance violation on the traffic citation, ticket, complaint, or compliance ticket.
C. 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/15-100 to 5/15-319, as the same may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as the size, weight, and load permits ordinance of the village of Manhattan, Will County, Illinois. All citations issued pursuant to this section shall be in the name of the village and shall refer to the corresponding numbered sections of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/15-100 to 5/15-319 and shall designate the violation as an ordinance violation on the traffic citation, ticket, complaint, or compliance ticket.
D. Unless as otherwise provided, all fines and penalties for violations shall be in accordance with the fines and penalties established in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-100 to 5/20-204.
