§ 51.31 GRADE OR FALL OF CONNECTING SEWER.
   (A)   All connecting sewers hereafter constructed in the village shall have a grade or fall of not less than 1 foot per 50 feet of pipe, with the grade being uniform from the building to the main sewer, except that the first length of pipe attached to the Y-branch or tap-in shall be laid so as to give a good fall into the main sewer.
   (B)   A curved pipe shall be used for every deflection from a straight line of more than 3 inches in 2 feet.
