(A) No person shall bring into or have in his or her possession or control within the boundaries of any park or playground any dog or pet, unless such dog or pet shall be kept on a leash not over 6 feet in length and under the immediate control of some responsible person.
(B) No person shall ride or lead any horse within the boundaries of any park or playground except in areas designated by Village Council.
