(A) No persons shall park any vehicle so as to obstruct the free flow of traffic within parks and playgrounds.
(B) All vehicles shall remain on the drive portion of the park and playground.
(C) All vehicles shall be removed from the park or playground at the close of the park or playground hours, as posted.
(D) In addition to the penalties imposed by § 10.99 of this code, the owner or operator of any vehicle in violation of this section may have his or her vehicle town and impounded, and shall be liable for the reasonable costs of the towing and storage.
