§ 158.25 INTERCONNECTION.
   To the extent feasible, to the extent allowed by state and federal law, and subject to reasonable availability and agreement among permittee, permittee and/or existing permittee concerning maintenance, access, and security, the system of a permittee shall be interconnected with other similar systems within the village and in adjacent communities.
