§ 158.15 NONEXCLUSIVE, REVOCABLE AUTHORIZATION TO USE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   The authorization granted by the village under this chapter is the nonexclusive, revocable right of a permittee to use the public rights-of-way within the corporate limits of the village as designated in a permit.
