§ 157.17 CONTESTED ASSESSMENTS.
   No suit or action of any kind shall be instituted for the purpose of contesting or enjoining the collection of any special assessments except in conformity with § 34 of Chapter VIII (Public Act 3 of 1895, being M.C.L.A. § 68.34).
