Any person, firm, association, or corporation which violated any provision of §§ 156.01 et seq. shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than 90 days or both the fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. This penalty provision shall not preclude any civil action against a violator for injunctive or other relief.
