§ 50.17 RECORD KEEPING.
   (A)   The Supervisor of the Department shall maintain an accurate map of the water system. All additions or modifications shall be recorded on the map upon completion of a project including size, type, location, and other site specific information useful for future reference.
   (B)   The Village Clerk shall maintain permanent records of permit applications, notices of violation and individual case files as required.
