(A) A separate fee established by Council shall be paid for all fire protection sprinkler system tap-in connections. The total charges incurred shall be subject to the same provisions of this chapter as are standard tap-ins.
(B) A property owner desiring to use water for purposes of irrigation may purchase a second water meter and install appropriate plumbing. All water flowing through this meter must not flow into the Wastewater Treatment Plant. No permit is required, but an inspection of the installed system must be made by the Department.
