§ 32.10 PUBLICATION, RECORDING, AND FILING.
   This chapter shall be published once after its adoption in full in The Manchester Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Village of Manchester and the Village Clerk shall file a certified copy of this chapter with the Michigan Secretary of State promptly after its adoption.
