§ 32.06 DESCRIPTION OF DOWNTOWN DISTRICT.
   The Downtown District shall consist of the territory in the village described in Appendix A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, subject to the changes as may hereinafter be made pursuant to this chapter and Public Act 197 of 1975, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1651 - 125.1681.
