The Parks Commission shall, within 10 days after its appointment in the first instance, and thereafter in April of each year, organize and elect 1 of its members Chairperson, 1 of its members Vice Chairperson, 1 of its members Secretary, and 1 of its members Treasurer. The Parks Commission may select other officers as it may deem advisable and expedient. A majority of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
