§ 115.27 MINORS.
   (A)   No person who is less than 14 years of age may remain or loiter in or about any premises licensed hereunder as a pool room, nor shall any licensee permit any such minor to remain in the pool room, unless the minor is accompanied by a parent or guardian. No person shall falsely represent himself or herself to be 14 years or older in order to obtain admittance to or remain in any licensed pool room.
   (B)   It shall be lawful to permit minors under the age of 14 to remain in a licensed pool room or bowling establishment if the parent or guardian of the minor shall grant written permission to the minor so to do, a copy of which written permission must be kept on file by the proprietor or manager of the pool room or bowling establishment.
