(B) Each business day, an establishment is operated contrary to any provision of §§ 115.01 et seq. shall be a separate and distinct violation, each violation triable and punishable separately.
(C) For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS DAY. The period commencing with the opening for business and concluding with the next following closing of business regardless of the difference between the actual dates on which these respective events occur.
