§ 115.10 PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this code for the licensee of any coin-operated amusement center to permit or suffer:
   (A)   Any person under 12 years of age to be present in a coin-operated amusement center unless the parent or guardian of the child shall have delivered the child onto the premises with the licensee's consent, or the child is accompanied by a sibling 18 years or older;
   (B)   Any person to operate a coin-operated amusement device or use or occupy the premises where coin-operated amusement devices of all kinds, including pool tables, are located beyond the hours of 12:00 a.m. and before 8:00 a.m. of any day; and/or
   (C)   Any person under the age of 17 years to occupy the licensed premises during the hours when school is in session.
