On the anniversary date of the issuing of a license, the Clerk may renew the license for another year upon:
(A) The payment of the annual license fee; and
(B) (1) An annual report filed by the licensee detailing any change in ownership or management and providing a current list of the number, type, and location of all coin-operated amusement devices, including pool tables on the premises.
(2) The renewal shall otherwise be subject to the same terms and requirements as provided for an original license.
