§ 115.02 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of §§ 115.01 et seq. is to:
   (A)   Define and regulate coin-operated amusement centers;
   (B)   To require the licensing and registration thereof; and
   (C)   To provide penalties for the violation thereof.
