The owner of any licensed taxicab who desires to transfer the license to another vehicle owned by him or her shall make application to the Village Clerk on forms provided therefor, and shall state under oath or affirmation the facts as may be required for, or applicable to, the transfer. Upon approval of the Police Chief the transfer shall be granted.
