§ 113.24 NONCOMPLIANCE.
   Noncompliance with any provision of §§ 113.01 et seq. shall be grounds for refusal, suspension, or revocation of the license after a hearing by the Village Council. The licensee shall be provided with at least 10-days written notice of the hearing. This section shall take effect 30 days after publication.
