§ 113.22 COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTES, ORDINANCES, AND REGULATIONS.
   No license shall be issued to any applicant not in compliance with all applicable statues, ordinances, or lawfully adopted and promulgated regulations. This section shall take effect 30 days after publication.
