§ 113.14 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   Any license issued by the village may be suspended by the Village President for cause, and any permit issued by the village may be suspended or revoked by the issuing authority for cause. The licensee shall have the right to a hearing before the Council on any such action of the President, provided a written request therefor is filed with the Village Clerk within 5 days after receipt of the notice of the suspension. The Council may confirm the suspension or revoke or reinstate any such license. The action taken by the Council shall be final. Upon suspension or revocation of any license or permit, the fee therefor shall not be refunded. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this code, any licensee whose license has been revoked shall not be eligible to apply for a new license for the trade, profession, business, or privilege for a period of 1 year after the revocation.
