§ 113.13 EXEMPT PERSONS.
   No license fee shall be required from any person exempt from the fee by state or federal law. The persons shall comply with all other provisions of §§ 113.01 et seq. The Village Clerk shall, in all the cases, issue to the persons licenses which are clearly marked as to the exemption and the reason therefor.
