§ 112.53 BUSINESSES EXCLUDED.

   (A)   Generally. The following businesses are specifically excluded from the provisions of §§ 112.50 et seq. and no license or license fee shall be required.

   (B)   Businesses.

      (1)   Department stores making isolated and individual deliveries pursuant to specified order of specific merchandise by the consumer;

      (2)   Newspapers and periodicals;

      (3)   Farmers selling farm produce produced by their own labors;

      (4)   Charitable and nonprofit organizations;

      (5)   Medical services; and

      (6)   Public utilities and municipal services.
