§ 112.24 EXEMPT PERSONS.
   Persons under 18 years of age, when engaged in soliciting on foot in the neighborhood of their residence under the direct supervision of any school or recognized charitable or religious organization shall be exempt from the requirements of §§ 112.20 et seq.
