§ 30.67 APPEALS.
   Decisions involving more than $500 may be appealed to the Village Council by the customer. The Village Council shall rehear the matter de novo during an appeal. Notwithstanding any provision of §§ 30.65 et seq., the rights of the customer and of the utility to remedies provided by the courts are preserved, and neither party shall be required to utilize or to exhaust this administrative remedy before seeking legal remedies in the courts.
