§ 95.04 JUVENILE PROCEDURE.
   If after investigation by the officer taking the minor child in charge, or any other officer, it is found the child is delinquent, incorrigible, or willfully absents himself or herself from the home, and the parent, guardian, or custodian is unable to control the child, a complaint shall be made to the Judge of Probate under the juvenile law of the State of Michigan.
