§ 30.15 ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICE OF VILLAGE TREASURER.
   In accordance with the authority for the appointment of the village officers as the Council shall deem necessary for the execution of the powers granted to the village contained in Public Act 3 of 1895, Ch. II, § 1, being M.C.L.A. § 62.1, as amended, which is the Charter of the village, there is hereby established the Office of the Village Treasurer. The Village Treasurer is an administrative officer of the village.
