§ 30.02 COMPENSATION; PRESIDENT AND TRUSTEES.
   (A)   The President of the Village of Manchester shall receive compensation as per Village Council resolution for each regular and/or special meeting of the Village Council, by him or her attended during his or her term of office.
   (B)   The Trustees of the Village of Manchester shall each receive compensation as per Village Council resolution each regular and/or special meeting of the Village Council by them respectively attended during their term in office.
   (C)   The payment of the sums shall be made out of the General Fund in the Village Treasury.
   (D)   The President and Trustees shall receive no other compensation for services performed for and on behalf of the Village during their term of office, except as otherwise provided in Public Act 1895, No. 3, as amended, or by other law regulating fees for services, which provides for reimbursement of business expenses, as may be approved by resolution of the Council.
   (E)   The President and Trustees shall receive no compensation for any meetings not actually attended.
   (F)   Special meeting compensation to be paid by the petitioner to Council for special meeting.
