The fees for connection to and use of the village's water and sewer systems shall be set per resolution of the Village Council. The fee per REU for water and the fee per REU for sewer shall be set per resolution of the Village Council. Connection fees for users, other than single-family permanent residences, shall be based on a multiple of the water and sewer fee per REU as given in the village's Table of Equivalent Unit Factors. Both the water and sewer connection fees per REU and the Table of Equivalent Unit Factors shall be set and periodically reviewed and, if necessary, revised per Village Council resolution.
