§ 52.10 CONSUMER REPORTING.
   All customers of the village's water and sewer systems will receive an annual notification either printed on the bill or enclosed in a separate letter which will show the breakdown of the water and sewer bill into its components for operation, maintenance, and replacement and for debt retirement.
