§ 51.36 POWER AND AUTHORITY OF INSPECTORS.
   The Director and other duly authorized employees of the village acting as his or her duly authorized agent, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon the properties as may be necessary for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing in accordance with provisions of this chapter.
