The term “noise disturbance” means any of the following:
   1.   Any disturbing, excessive or offensive noise which results in discomfort or inconvenience to any reasonable person of normal sensitivity by means of radio, compact disc player, stereo, speakers, cassette tape player or similar sound device in a motor vehicle.
   2.   The operation of any radio, compact disc player, stereo, speakers, cassette tape player or other similar sound device in such a manner as to cause an audible sound a distance of 200 feet from a motor vehicle shall constitute evidence of a prima facie violation of this section.
