1. A person may consume alcoholic liquor, wine or beer in any city owned park or park facility within the City, subject to the following provisions:
A. It is unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic liquor, wine or beer at the Kramer Aquatic Center, 200 Stearns Drive;
B. It is unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic liquor, wine or beer at the Beckman Sports Complex, 901 East Acers Street;
C. No kegs or glass bottles are allowed in any city owned park or park area.
2. No person shall bring on the premises of any city owned park or park facility within the City, for the purpose of sale of any alcoholic beverages, including beer. This prohibition does not apply to a community event sponsored by a civic nonprofit organization acting under the terms of a permit granted pursuant to Section 24.06(6) and 24.06(12) of this Code of Ordinances.
