Unless otherwise directed by a traffic control device, all vehicles shall be stopped, stood or parked parallel with the edge of the roadway, headed in the proper direction of travel, and with the curbside wheels of the vehicle within 12 inches of the edge of the roadway. Where angle parking has been established, all vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb indicated by traffic control devices, and where stall parking has been established, no vehicle shall occupy more than one stall unless the length of that vehicle requires an additional stall or stalls.
