§ 153.04 SITE PLANS.
   (A)   The Planning Board is hereby authorized and empowered to review, and approve or disapprove site plans for the development of tracts for nonresidential uses, or for multifamily dwelling units, which are defined as any structures containing more than two dwelling units, whether or not such development includes a subdivision or resubdivision of the site.    (B)   The City Clerk shall forthwith file with the register of deeds of Hillsborough County a certificate of notice showing that the Planning Board has been so authorized giving the date of such authorization.

   (C)   Before the Planning Board exercises its powers referred to in division (A) of this section, the Planning Board shall adopt site plan review regulations as set forth in R.S.A. 674:44. ('71 Code, § 23-6)
