§ 150.067 INSECTS, RODENTS, VERMIN AND OTHER PESTS.
   All structures shall be kept free from infestation by insects, rodents, vermin and other pests. All yards and other exterior areas shall be kept free from infestation by rodents and other harmful pests that endanger public health, safety, and welfare. When such infestations are found on a premises, they shall be promptly treated by means of an accepted process by a licensed commercial pest control applicator. After pest remediation, all property precautions shall be taken to prevent re-infestation.
