§ 130.24 PUBLIC DRINKING AND OPEN CONTAINERS.

(A) No person shall drink any liquor or alcoholic beverages at any time within the limits of any public way, sidewalk or public school buildings and grounds.

(B) No person shall carry, transport, or possess any liquor or alcoholic beverage at any time within the limits of any public way, sidewalk or public school buildings and grounds except in its original container with the seal unbroken.

(C) Exemption. This section shall not apply to the area of a sidewalk encumbered in accordance with § 97.34(B) of this code.
