Unless otherwise prohibited business licenses may be transferred to a new owner when there is a bona fide sale of the business; the business is transferred to a new location; or the existing business name is changed from one name or DBA (doing business as) to another business name. These changes to the existing business license must be accompanied by a new business application and a transfer fee of $25 along with any additional fees or information required by the city due to the changes.
