§ 97.06 POLICE CHIEF AND DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENFORCE.

It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and the Department of Public Works to cause to be removed any awnings, shades, signs, advertisements, banners, overpasses, thing, substance, or other objects constructed or placed otherwise than as provided in this chapter and to prosecute any person offending against any of its provisions.
