No person, corporation, or other entity shall operate, maintain, or allow to be used, any public swimming pool, spa, or hot tub except when in possession of a valid permit issued by the Health Department. The permits shall be issued for an annual fee of $175 for each indoor pool; or $175 per outdoor pool or natural bathing place. Spa and hot tub permits will be issued at $125 per tub or spa up to two units and $100 for each additional unit at each site. No permit fee shall be charged for government-owned facilities.
