§ 51.52 SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY.
   The Board of Water Commissioners is authorized to sell such of the personal property connected with the waterworks is it may deem expedient, subject to the approval of the Mayor; and all necessary papers shall be executed by the Mayor.
