§ 51.09 POLICE TO REPORT LEAKS AND VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the police of the city to report to the Mayor all cases of leakage, waste, or unnecessary profusion in the use of water, and all violations of the ordinances relating to the supply of water that may be brought to their notice.
