§ 38.02 DEPARTMENTS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE CITATIONS.
   The heads of the Fire, Planning and Community Development, and Health Departments and the City Clerk's office and/or employees designated by the heads of those departments are hereby authorized to issue such citations.
