§ 36.35 SPECIAL ACCOUNT FOR TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS.
   The Finance Officer shall open an account with the Collector of Taxes, wherein the Collector of Taxes shall be charged with the amount of assessments and taxes placed in his hands for collection.
