The Director of Planning and Community Development shall compile and maintain a list of all property owned by the city. The list shall contain a detailed description of each parcel and, such other pertinent information as is deemed appropriate by the Director or by the Committee on Lands and Buildings. Parcels having no value may be omitted or deleted from the list with the approval of the Committee.
