No licensee shall own, provide financing for the obtaining, leasing, or ownership of, or have a beneficial interest in transportation network vehicles unless approved by the City Clerk. All vehicles engaged in the provision of transportation network services must be lawfully inspected for vehicle safety in accordance with the laws of the Slate of New Hampshire.
